Facile One-Step Sonochemical Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of Graphene/Ag3PO4 Quantum Dots Composites
In this study, a novel graphene/Ag3PO4 quantum dot (rGO/Ag3PO4 QD) composite was successfully synthesized via a facile one-step photo-ultrasonic-assisted reduction method for the first time. The composites were analyzed by various techniques. According to the obtained results, Ag3PO4 QDs with a size of 1-4 nm were uniformly dispersed on rGO nanosheets to form rGO/Ag3PO4 QD composites. The photo...
متن کاملAmphibious fluorescent carbon dots: one-step green synthesis and application for light-emitting polymer nanocomposites.
A facile and green approach for the synthesis of amphibious fluorescent carbon dots (CDs) from natural polysaccharide is reported. Light-emitting polymer nanocomposites with excellent optical performance can be easily prepared by incorporation of the amphibious CDs into the polymer matrix.
متن کاملSonochemical synthesis of highly fluorescent ag nanoclusters.
Highly fluorescent, stable, water-soluble Ag nanoclusters have been successfully prepared via a convenient sonochemical approach using a simple polyelectrolyte, polymethylacrylic acid (PMAA), as a capping agent. The optical and fluorescence properties of the Ag nanoclusters can be easily controlled by varying the synthetic conditions, such as sonication time, stoichiometry of the carboxylate gr...
متن کاملOne step synthesis of C-dots by microwave mediated caramelization of poly(ethylene glycol).
A rapid, simple and one step microwave mediated method for synthesizing C-dots using poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as a precursor and passivating agent is reported. The C-dots possessed low cytotoxicity, were amenable to separation by electrophoresis, photostable and entered cancer cells, making them suitable candidates for bioimaging and biolabelling.
متن کاملBioconjugated silicon quantum dots from one-step green synthesis.
Biofunctionalized silicon quantum dots were prepared through a one step strategy avoiding the use of chemical precursors. UV-Vis spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and HAADF-STEM prove oligonucleotide conjugation to the surface of silicon nanoparticle with an average size of 4 nm. The nanoparticle size results from the size-quenching effect during in situ conjugation. Photoemissive properties, co...
